Tickets for listed performances, which are part of the 60. Deutsches Mozartfest in Augsburg 2011, can be booked at the customer service of the Augsburg Theatre. Please note that bookings by post, fax or email have to be sent to the customer service at least 10 days before the chosen performance.

The customer service desk at the Augsburg Theatre is open Tuesday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and on Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Groups of ten and more people can now also order tickets at the Kulturamt der Stadt Augsburg (
kulturamt@augsburg.de).
Reduced tickets
School children, students, people who are unemployed, have severe handicaps or who are doing community or military service, may buy tickets reduced by 50% when presenting a valid ID - except for events in the Rococo Hall of the Schaezlerpalais.
If you purchase 10 tickets or more for different performances you will be given a discount of 10% on the total sum. If you buy 20 tickets or more for different performances you will be given a discount of 15% on the total sum. Holders of a KARO CARD are given a discount of 5% on the total sum, memerbs of the Deutsche Mozartgemeinde are given a discount of 20% on the total sum - please show your membership card.
Different concessions may not be combined.
Payments If you book tickets by post, fax, email or phone we will ask you for a direct debit authorisation.
Box office Box office opens at the particular concert hall one hour before the performance starts.

We kindly ask for your understanding that tickets cannot be returned nor exchanged. Any changes concerning cast or program do not entitle to exchange or refund of tickets. Any changes concerning programme or cast are no reason for a return of the tickets.
